Residential Epoxy & Concrete Services
Deco Design LLC installs premium residential epoxy flooring systems throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and surrounding areas—transforming garages, kitchens, basements, patios, and living spaces with durable, designer-quality concrete coatings.
We're not a large company with sales teams and subcontractors. We're a small, family-owned business where the owners handle every aspect of your project personally. When you call, you speak directly to us. When we arrive for installation, it's us—not a crew we hired last month. This direct relationship ensures accountability, craftsmanship, and an installation experience that exceeds your expectations.
Whether you're upgrading a dated garage floor, transforming your living spaces with a modern metallic finish, refreshing your basement, or protecting your outdoor patio from desert heat and demanding weather conditions, we approach your home with the respect it deserves and treat your flooring project as the custom artwork it becomes.
Pricing & Estimates
Pricing depends on square footage, surface prep, type of coating (epoxy, stain, polyurea, etc.), and complexity of design. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate.
Why Las Vegas Homeowners Choose Deco Design
We Treat Your Floor Like Art
To us, epoxy flooring isn't just a coating—it's a craft. We approach every residential project as a custom artwork, whether it's a garage floor or a metallic kitchen masterpiece. The pride we take in our work shows in the final result, and that's why our customers frequently tell us their floor exceeded their expectations.

Owner-Operated, Start to Finish
When you contact Deco Design, you speak directly with the owners. We provide your quote, design your floor, prep the concrete, and apply every coat ourselves. No sales teams, no subcontractors, no handoffs. The person answering your questions is the same person installing your floor—and that continuity creates accountability and quality you can't get from larger companies.

Small Business, Big on Service
As a locally owned, family-run Las Vegas business, we succeed only when our customers are thrilled. We're not chasing volume or franchise quotas—we're building lasting relationships. That means returning calls the same day, showing up on time, communicating clearly throughout the project, and being available long after installation if you ever have questions.

Your Home Deserves Respect
We protect your property during work, minimize disruption to your household, and leave your space cleaner than we found it. Many homeowners are surprised by how clean and organized we keep the job site. Your home is your biggest investment—we treat it that way.

Quality Materials
Commercial-grade epoxy resins (not DIY-grade), UV-stable pigments, and industrial topcoats designed for longevity. We don't cut corners on materials because we stand behind our work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does residential epoxy flooring last?
15-20+ years with proper installation and minimal maintenance. Garage floors in high-use households may show wear after 10-15 years depending on traffic.

Can epoxy be installed over existing tile or VCT?
Sometimes. Tile must be fully bonded, non-porous, and properly prepared. We assess on-site. Removal often recommended for best results.

Is epoxy slippery when wet?
Any smooth surface can be slippery when wet. For epoxy applications where slip resistance is a concern—such as bathrooms, pool decks, and outdoor areas—we can incorporate anti-slip additives like aluminum oxide or silica sand into the topcoat to help improve traction.

What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy (100% solids) Pros:
-
Superior adhesion and build/body
-
Excellent for patching and repairs
-
Best vapor tolerance
-
Self-levels beautifully
-
Most cost-effective
Cons:
-
Slower cure time (24-72 hours)
-
Not UV stable (can yellow outdoors without topcoat)
Polyaspartic Pros:
-
Very fast cure (1-2 hours return to service)
-
Best UV stability (no yellowing)
-
Extremely flexible
-
Excellent topcoat option
-
Good for cold climates
Cons:
-
Higher cost
-
Thinner application (requires multiple coats for build)
-
Poor self-leveling

Can I drive on my garage floor after installation?
Light foot traffic: 24 hours. Normal use: 72 hours. Heavy vehicles/equipment: 7 days (full cure).
